Good follow up by staff Supraja in getting the shoe I wanted. She arranged it from other store within a day and she had given constant update on the same.

The store has very minimal collection of shoes. However the customer service is something above the benchmark. Kudos to the team. Special mention of Aishwarya in the store who has a very outgoing personality and has the willingness to explain about the product in and out. Her appropriate grooming makes people to approach her if there is any need. A true ambassador of the brand. Considering there is always scope for betterment, would request the management to train the employee about their body language when they are around the customers. I found a gentleman half lying with his elbow on the table and two ladies in the entrance at the time of my exit from the shop not acknowledging the existence of customer and chit chatting there. But, let the negative aspects shall not overlook the postive aspects of the store.
